Ground floor
Upon your arrival at UCLy, the Novatech team will be waiting for you at the Registration Desk, where you can collect your badge and conference programme. We will also be available to answer any questions you may have.
Areas and Facilities in the Main Hall available throughout the conference
- Luggage Storage, where you can leave your suitcases and bags.Open from 5 pm to 8pm on Monday 29 June. Then open during the day from Tuesday to Thursday. PLEASE NOTE: you cannot store luggage on the premises overnight. Please make sure you don’t forget your suitcases and bags before you leave!
- Poster Drop-off Desk, for speakers taking part in the Poster Sessions.
- Headset Loan Stations, providing audio headsets for French–English interpretation
- Two catering areas, offering meals, refreshments, and coffee breaks between sessions
- The Archipel Bookstore Stand, featuring a selection of books specially curated for Novatech
Conference Sessions
- Room A, hosting oral sessions and the Opening Plenary Session
- The Poster Session Area, featuring two poster sessions each day
- Access to Rooms B, C and D.
Lower ground floor
On the lower ground floor, you will find a catering area, a quiet workspace/meeting room, and the Preview Room, where presenters can upload and check their presentations. The Preview Room will be open from 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29.
First floor
The oral sessions in Rooms B, C and D are held on the first floor, which is accessible by both stairs and elevator.
