Novatech 2026 - June, 29 to July, 3 in Lyon

12th international conference dedicated
to integrated and sustainable stormwater management
and to regional adaptation to climate and environmental challenges


Organized by Graie,  in partnership with the Métropole de Lyon and OTHU, Novatech brought together more than 600 French and international scientists, decision-makers, facilitators, managers and designers to exchange and share their experiences and develop a common culture of urban water management.

  • The Novatech conference offers simultaneous French-English translation during all oral sessions and technical tours.
  • Each session is striclty timed to allow participants to move between rooms and attend the presentations they wish to see at the scheduled time.
  • Abstracts of each presentation are available when registrations open, and the full presentations are posted online and made available to conference attendees.
  • Dedicated exchange opportunities around the posters are organized to discuss the different features of each one.

For its 12th edition, co-organized by the Graie, the OTHU (Field Observatory for Urban Water Management) and the Metropolis of Lyon, Novatech conference welcomes you on the Saint-Paul Campus of the Catholic University of Lyon: a central, accessible location, combining historical heritage and modernity (air-conditioned classrooms). An ideal setting to promote exchanges, innovation and networking at the very heart of the city!
