Abstracts selection process 

The scientific committee and program committee will base their selection of submitted abstracts and their choice of oral or poster presentations on the themes and approaches addressed in this 12th edition, as well as on the opinions of scientific and technical experts. 

The selection and choice of oral or poster presentations will also take into account the coherence of the sessions and the time available.

The same author may submit several abstracts but will only be able to present one orally.

Abstracts are evaluated according to the following criteria:

  • Consistency with the conference topics
  • Innovation (originality of approach, relevance of subject, results never previsously presented...) or exemplarity nature of the project or approach
  • Quality of the work presented (including bibliographical references for scientific papers)
  • Transferability of information and experience
  • Clarity of communication (approach, objectives, conclusions, and editorial quality)
