Registration terms and fees 

Terms and conditions

Registration will be open in mid-March.
For the 12th edition of the conference, we offer various registration options detailed below. The registration fee depends on your profile (conference attendee, speaker, Graie member, guest, etc.). Workshops day and technical tours day are optional and subject to an additional fee.

The Early bird discount is automatically applied to all registration made during the 1st month of the registration period, regardless of the selected rate.

Special group rate offer
For 6 people registered for the 3-day PASS Novatech, the 7th registration is free!

PASS Novatech

Registration includes participation in the three days of conferences on June 30, July 1, and July 2, as well as lunches and refreshments at the end of each day.

The PASS Novatech also includes evening social events:
- Welcome cocktail on Monday, June 29
- Wine & Cheese cocktail on Tuesday, July 1
- Gala dinner on Wednesday, July 2

A la carte / 1 day

You may choose to attend only one or two days of the conference. In this case, only lunches and refreshments are included (and the welcome cocktail on Monday if you attend two days, including Tuesday).

Options

As an option (additionnal fee), you can participate in specialized workshops on Monday, June 29, and a technical tour on Friday, July 3.

You can also register an accompanying person to share in the social events: Welcome cocktail, Wine & Cheese cocktail, and Gala evening.

* The reduced rate concerns speakers, chairman, reviewers, members of partner organism, and members of the scientific committee.
